Albert’s journey into the role of inspector was inevitable in 1990 after spending years in his families’ construction business, in various roles, as a licensed construction supervisor and foreman. Innamorati Bros, started in the early days, known for building High schools and court houses. Including those still standing in Westboro, Bolton, Harvard, Chelmsford, Easton, Holden, Needham, Lancaster & Clinton,

Albert reached out to his first clients in 1990, where they received a thoughtful site review and written report which gave them a benefit moving forward with the purchase of a home, knowing they were fully aware of all “our findings” and what the house offered. He discovered at that time, he enjoyed the investigative approach required for home inspections and launched his inspection company in August 1990. 

Prior to that, Albert was an avid skier – Albert enjoyed being a member of the US Development team and later competed in three National Championships at the University of Utah. NCAA Skiing championships was hard work, earning the team three Div I titles and All American honors along the way. But nothing was quite as satisfying as competing in four World Cup events internationally. World cup skiing will always have its place, however, since then Albert received and holds a B.S. in Consumer Economics from Utah and in his current life, Albert has crossed over to Nordic rather than Alpine competition where he enjoys 50K marathons, completing 4 last year.

Albert is MA Licensed and Insured, ASHI and BPI (Certified Building Analyst), Radon Measurement Specialist and Level I Thermographer.  He is a frequent guest speaker at numerous real estate and home buying programs throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts.
